Q: What are Cell Shop 360 store hours?
Our all 3 locations hours are 10:00AM to 08:00PM.
Q: Can I bring my own repair parts?
That’s Fine, we can use your parts and fix your device but there will be no warranty offered on that repair since we don’t provide parts.
Q: What do I need to do if I drop my phone in water?
Dry the phone with towel and turn it off so it won’t damage mother board. Bring your device to one of our location and we will diagnose it for you.
Q: Does Cell Shop 360 work on computers?
Yes, we provide desktop, laptop and Mac repairs. (services include: new operating system install, virus removal, upgrade, SAAS/PAAS installation, parts replacement, office365 installation, server 2010/2012 installation and much more.
Q: What is the difference between new phones and refurbished phone?
New Phone are un-opened box packet phone and refurbished phone are used phone which had their parts replaced such as screen.
Q: Can Cell Shop 360 backup data on my device?
Yes, we can in some cases but depends on damage. If you bring device for repair, it’s you responsibility to save your data before repair, we are not responsible for any data loss.
Q: My phone doesn't charge. How can I tell if it's the charging port or battery?
> In case of charging port, check to see if the port is loosen or has dirt or has burn spot.
> In case of battery check to see it charges very quick but also dies within 10-15 min of use then most likely need to be replaced.
Q: I drop my device in the water, what are the chances it will survive?
Depends on how much water got inside of the device, commonly its 50% chances either it will work or it doesn’t.
